RETURN POLICY
In-Store Purchases: We accept any unused in-store "already-designed"(bought off shelf) merchandise back for store credit or exchange ONLY within 14 days of dated sales receipt.
Any "Custom Designed" orders are not available for return or exchange. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Online Purchases: We accept any unused merchandise bought online at debrajohandbags.com back for store credit or exchange ONLY. This is for merchandise bought via our Shop page and does not include any Design a Bag orders. These orders are "Custom Designed" and are not available for return or exchange. THESE SALES ARE FINAL. Shipping charges are not refundable.
In-Store Party/Home Handbag Party Purchases: All purchases made at any of our in-store or in-home handbag parties are considered FINAL SALES and not available for return or exchange.
REPAIRS:
Our merchandise is ready for pick-up or shipped out after meeting QA standards. However, if your handbag should need repair within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace at no cost. Any shipping costs will also be refunded if within 30 days of purchase. If you need to mail your bag to us please visit our contact page for mailing address.
If your bag should need repaired after 30 days from purchase you may bring your bag in for repair. Most bags can be repaired and at a low cost. Shipping will not be refunded. Please contact us for more information.
