Care Instructions
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Maintenance
All handbags and accessories are sprayed (interior & exterior) with a
protective Scotch-Guard spray.
We recommend spraying your fabric bag or accessory with a protective
spray after repeated use to keep your bag looking clean.
Complete Cleaning
• Machine washing is not recommended.
• Dry cleaning is recommended for overall cleaning.
Each product is made differently and may require special care when
cleaned. Please point out to your dry cleaner any special features.
Example: “hard plastic bottom insert”
Spot Cleaning
To spot clean your bag or accessory use a clean damp cloth, do not rub
spot. Blot each soiled area or stain. For tuff stains damp cloth with a
stain fighter product such as Shout. Always use cold water to spot
clean. Once you’ve completed cleaning allow your bag/accessory to air
dry.
REPAIRS:
Our merchandise is ready for pick-up or shipped out after meeting QA
standards. However, if you handbag should need repaired within 30 days
of purchase we will repair or replace at no cost. Receipt must be
present for repair. Any shipping costs will also be refunded if within 30
days of purchase.
If your bag should need repaired after 30 days from purchase you may
bring your bag in for repair. Most bags can be repaired and at a low
cost. Shipping will not be refunded. Please contact us for more
information.
