Customer Service
When will my bag be ready?
Orders can take 4-6 weeks to complete. Most orders are shipped
within 4 weeks.
How will my bags be delivered?
Currently all our products are shipped via USPS priority mail. 2-3 day
service.
Does the price change if I select certain fabrics?
No. Bags are priced per style not by fabric selections.
Can I use my own fabric?
No. We only use and warrant the fabrics we have hand select to offer
our customers.
Fabrics are updated every 3-4 months.
Can I wash my bag?
No. Please review our Care Instructions page on how to care for your
bag.
Can I return my bag?
